Shop traders from Kew's High Street, Bridge Road Richmond (City of Yarra), Stonnington, Brunswick and othets protest against the Victorian Government Minister for Ports & Roads, Tim Pallis decrea to impose extended time limits for clearways in the vain attempt to improve traffic flows in the peak hours. The experiment has failed, only a few seconds difference in traffic flow whilst traders businesses have had a huge impact on the revenue and also are losing customers. It is time for Pallis and VicRoads to return the Clearway times to their original sttings
